Currently an associate veterinarian at Inspirada Animal Hospital, a small animal private practice in Henderson, Nevada. Tending to the medical and surgical needs of canine and feline patients as a small animal general practitioner. I also spent time here as a veterinary student extern, for 4 weeks from July 2019 - August 2019.

Veterinary research project, studying the effects of UVB Radiation on protein electrophoresis and biochemistry findings in leopard geckos at LSU SVM. Preliminary findings given via poster presentation at the National Veterinary Scholars Symposium at Texas A&M.
Banfield SJP Intern

Supported the veterinary team by performing tasks such as blood draws, catheter placement, lab analysis, physical examinations and surgical procedures. Gained clinical
experience and confidence in my technical abilities while further developing interpersonal communication skills through the Banfield's Summer Jobs Program (SJP).
